Multimedia Lead, The International Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank Group Aug. 2020- present. Oversee multimedia at IFC and is a member of the Creative Productions team. My work involves, remote management, developing video, audio and photo stories, hiring creatives, working with a global communications staff to tell stories about our work, clients and beneficiaries.
Senior multimedia producer, The Chronicle of Higher Education November 2013 – June 2020. First staff multimedia producer charged with reporting, research, shooting and editing videos, developing a multimedia strategy with reporters and editors for The Chronicle of Higher Education.
Multimedia producer, Bloomberg Government April 2011 – November 2013. Worked with analysts and reporters producing multimedia focused on government actions on major industries. Shot and produced profiles and packages for the Sunday morning TV news show, Bloomberg Government’s Capitol Gains.
Multimedia producer, USA TODAY January 2008 — April 2011. Worked with online and newspaper staff producing interactive storytelling using audio, photos, video and data driven graphics.
Assistant director of photography, USA TODAY 2004 — December 2007. Oversaw the development of staff photographers and editors, guided section editors on 1A cover stories, and special projects. Led photo staff logistics and editing for the 2006 Torino Winter Olympics.
Page One photo editor, USA TODAY February 2003 — December 2003 Moved to the 1A desk at the start of the Iraq War. Responsible for choosing dynamic 1A art and working with section photo editors on daily cover stories. Designed photo pages and special packages.
